Overview of debtor statistics for sales orders
Introduction
Introduction
The following screen provides an overview of all the items that have been ordered by each customer. The overview also provides a comparison of the current year and previous year average price of each item, and the revenue gained for each item. The statistics will be displayed in the overview once the final print of the sales order invoice is generated. From the overview you can also do the following:

view the sales orders report of the customer

view the transactions of the customer
-
view and/or edit the price lists of the items, or
-
export the overview to Microsoft Excel.

Description
You can filter the debtor statistics that you want to be displayed by defining your search criteria and clicking Refresh. The debtor statistics that match the search criteria you have defined are then displayed. A list of customers appears if you click on the Browse button in the Invoice debtor box. From the list, select a customer and click Select.
Note: It is possible that not all the columns in this example are displayed. You can add or delete columns as required. For more information, see Inserting and deleting columns.
Invoice debtor
Type or select the ID or name of the debtor who received the invoice. This is mandatory.
Click Selection to search for the debtor statistics by Classifications, Size, and Sector. The Selection screen will be displayed. Select the classification, size, and/or sector, and click Select. "In use" is displayed once a selection is made.
Note: The Invoice debtor box will be disabled once a selection is made.
Warehouse
Select the warehouse to display items belonging to the selected warehouse. Select All to display items belonging to any warehouse.
Note: This box is available only if you have E-Warehouse Management in your license.
Date
Type or select the start date and end date to display sales orders that were created within that period.
Sort by
You can specify how you want the statistics to be sorted. Select any of the following:
- Revenue — Select this to sort the items by revenue (the item with the highest revenue will be displayed first)
- Quantity — Select this to sort the items by quantity (the item with the highest quantity will be displayed first)
- Item — Select this to sort the items in alphabetical order. By default, Item is selected.
Click Assortments to select the assortments which the items are linked to. Select the assortments and click Select. Click Close to save and exit. "In use" is displayed once an assortment is selected.
Button
Refresh
Click this to display the overview based on the defined criteria.
Sales orders
Click this to view the sales orders report of the selected debtor. For more information, see Sales orders report.
Debtor card
Click this to view the selected debtor’s transactions. For more information, see Viewing debtor cards.
Note: This button is disabled if Selection is in use.
Pricelist
Click this to view and/or edit the selected debtor’s pricelist. For more information, see Creating and maintaining price agreements for sales orders and sales invoices.
Note: This button is disabled if Selection is in use.
Export
Click this to export the overview to Microsoft Excel
Close
Click this to exit.
